William B. Lawson

Preceded in death by son, William Jr.; granddaughter, Megan; sister, Glenda; parents Herbert and Ruby Lawson. Survived by wife of 55 years, Ruth; daughter-in-law, Krystal; sons Gary (Rose), Darren (Joan), Damon (Kathy), Greg (Dede); grandchildren, Brian (Julie) Rooney, Rachel (Eliaz), Alex, Noah, Carrie, Lauren, Ann, Rebecca, Hannah, Kelly, Wyatt, Julia. Great grandchildren, Teagan and Delainey; siblings, Naomi (Peter) Patton, Richard (Pat) Lawson, Greta (Dave) Morrison and many loving nieces and nephews. Bill was a man of many talents. He excelled at anything he put his mind to and became an accomplished programmer, woodworker, fisherman, and so much more. Bill loved his family, was an avid reader, and loved nature. He made a positive difference in many lives by generously sharing his wisdom, time, and treasure. Known as "Papa" to his family and all those who loved him. He will be forever missed. In lieu of flowers and memorials the family asks that you give of yourself to others, share your kindness daily in whatever form it may take, in Bill's memory.
