Charles E. Hunter MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Charles Edward Hunter, 60, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015, at his home in Muscatine. Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Charles name. Charles was born on July 14, 1954, in Scott County, the son of Carl R. and Lois C. Bryan Hunter. Charles enjoyed life and loved spending time with his family. Charles will be missed by his brother, Dewayne Hunter; and sister, Sheila Brown and her significant other, Mark Stotz, all of Davenport. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Richard Hunter. [more]
