led extensively and he was always able to find a good fishing spot along the way. A Southern gentleman, historian, writer and poet, friend and mentor to many, we will miss his sharp wit and humor, but he leaves us with memories of his love and a life well led. Jim was an ardent supporter of the Humane Society of Broward County and in lieu of flowers to the family the Society would welcome donations. Services will be private. Arrangements by Fred Hunter's Downtown Ft. Lauderdale Chapel.
