Muncie- Danny Ray Johnson, 60, passed away Friday, March 13, 2015 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. He was born August 1, 1954 in New Castle, Indiana to Lloyd and Esther Johnson. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Danny was a member of the Crown City Cruisers. He enjoyed restoring old cars and going to flea markets. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the Indiana National Guard. Survivors include: children, Troy Johnson, Alisha (Brian) Jackson; Brothers, Steve Johnson, David (Tim Saylor) Johnson; Sisters, Beverly (John) Enterkin, Rosemary Smith, Karell Sue Johnson, Peggy Cole; Grandchildren, William Johnson, Hailey Johnson, Destiny Johnson, Memphis McCaffrey. Danny was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Amanda Johnson; sister, Francis Robinson; brother, Phil Bernard. Cremation will take place with the burial of ashes on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery. Military rites will follow. [more]
