(Nee Prohaska) Barbara Ann Liebelt, age 80, passed away peacefully at Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona, on Friday, March 27, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her sons Stephen and Joseph and parents Francis and Helen (nee Janes). Loving wife of Rudolph "Rudy" for 61 years. Caring mother of Mary Lynn (Doug) MacCarter, Michael (Gail), Randolph (Sharon), Mark, Christine (Frank) Liebelt-Garcia and Paula (Michael) Weckman. Adoring grandmother of Derek (Jackie) Fulcher, Steven (Adrienne) Liebelt, Christina Liebelt, Rachel Liebelt, Andrea (Jeff Hebert) Fulcher, Jessica (Mark) Baker, Alec Liebelt, Ian Liebelt, Owen Liebelt, Emily Liebelt, Madelyn Liebelt, Julia Liebelt, Morgan Weckman and Evan Weckman. Great-Grandmother to Amy and Benjamin Fulcher. Fun-loving sister of Kathy DeMarinis and Mary Jane (Edward) Walsh. Barbara's visitation will be held at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church (7152 North 41st, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53209) on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM. John's Cathedral and went on to attend Alverno College where she studied Art. Barbara was a gifted painter whose paintings will be admired and loved by her family for years to come. Barbara also volunteered much of her time to the church and enjoyed using her creativity while teaching catechism. When not volunteering, Barbara was busy raising her 8 children in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, where she and Rudy have lived for over 50 years. Barbara will always be remembered for her keen sense of humor, love of playing games and making everybody who entered her house feel like family. Barbara will be greatly missed by her family, friends and casinos around the country.
