Amy Gayle Hunter

Amy Gayle Hunter, 49, passed away on April 27, 2015 after bravely battling breast cancer for the past year. Amy is survived by three beautiful children, Gregory, Amanda and Nicholas and her beloved husband of thirty years, Greg. She also leaves behind many cherished family members and dear friends. Amy's family and friends were her most cherished assets. Amy was most happy fishing with her son Nicholas. Amy had so many happy times at Lauderdale by the Sea with her family and friends. Amy loved to walk on the beach and pick up shells and feel the sand between her toes. She wanted people to know that even though her life was cut short she experienced so much joy and happiness. The family requests that no flowers be sent. In lieu of flowers, Amy wanted memorial contributions to be made in her memory to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Visitation will be on Friday May 1, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 2401 S. University Drive, Davie Fl. 33324.
