Sharon L. Fassbender

Sharon Louise (Callahan) Fassbender - Waterloo Sharon Louise (Callahan) Fassbender (aka Grandma Sharon), 72 , passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, at home, surrounded by her family. Sharon was born in Madison on January 18, 1943. She provided loving child care in her home for many years. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and many other children from the surrounding area. She loved spending time with family and friends. She particularly enjoyed her Harley rides. Sharon was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Marshall. She was also a charter member of the Waterloo VFW Auxiliary. Sharon is survived by her children, Dale (Bobbi) Riddle of Sun Prairie, Dawn (Terry) Fillner of Waterloo, Donna (Larry) Hisel of Lake Mills, Dennis (Rhonda Caraballo) Kolowinski of Waterloo, her adopted daughter Keri (Michael) Radloff of Waterloo; 20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends. Sharon was preceded in death by Donald Kolowinski (father of her children), her parents, one sister and one great-grandson.
