Michael G. Moen

Age 67 and lifelong Forest Lake resident. Loving Father & Brother, passed away on May 28, 2015. Survived by children, Andrea Moen, Ryan Moen (fiancé Michelle Mann); siblings, Patrick (Sandy), Terry (Kandy), Mary Giel, Susan (Jim) Lindstrom, Thomas (Beth); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mike was a professional ski instructor for over 40 years at Wild Mountain and most recently in Beaver Creek, CO. He recently completed a bucket list of helicopter skiing in British Columbia with his best friends. In the summer he was very active as a golfer and riding his bike around Forest Lake. Mike enjoyed spending time with his family and his grand-dogs. He was a very warm and loving father that did a lot for his children. Visitation 5-8 PM Tuesday June 2nd at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake. A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held 11 AM Wednesday June 3rd at the funeral home, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake. Memorials preferred to the family.
