John Patrick Kerle

Kerle, John Patrick, 89, of Plantation, FL, formerly of Massachusetts, passed away on May 30, 2015 at Alexander Nininger State Veterans Nursing Home in Pembroke Pines. Born March 31, 1926 in Boston, MA to Louis and Mary Adelaide (McCartin) Kerle. A United States Army Veteran of WWII retired Deputy Warden of Massachusetts Department of Corrections. Moved to South Florida in 1981 with his beloved wife of 59 years, Nancy Joyce (Mills) Kerle, married November 24, 1956. Survived by his wife Nancy; children, Thomas Michael (Brenda) Kerle of Belchertown, MA, Kevin Jeffrey Kerle of Pensacola, FL, Michael Eric (Grace) Kerle of Anchorage, AK, Karen Marie (Kenneth) Josack of Plantation, Nancy Joyce (James) Lee of Plantation; sister, Katherine Desharnais of Jamaica Plain, MA; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Paul Louis Kerle; brothers, George, Paul and Fred and sister, Virginia.
