Edward G. Cicalese

Edward G. Cicalese, age 58, of Barnegat passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Newark, he grew up in Woodbridge and lived in Freehold before moving to Barnegat in 2004. Mr. Cicalese was a salesman at Woodbridge Lincoln Mercury for many years, and later was employed by Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, and by Bella Terra Assisted Living, Jackson, as a security officer. Predeceased by his parents, Enrico and Dorothy (Szeliga) Cicalese, he is survived by his wife, Chris; two children, Eddie and Annie, and a sister, Dody Cicalese, and by a large extended family, including Al and Annmarie Canzano and thirteen brothers-in-law and sisters- in-law, and twenty two nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6-9, and on Tuesday from 8:00 to 8:45am at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday at 9:30 am at St. Mary RC Church, 747 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat. Cremation will be private. [more]
