oved on to Mt. Prospect where they lived for three decades, raising their four children, attending Saint Raymond Catholic Parish, and building their life together. In addition to being a devoted wife and mother and a friend to all, Colleen wore many hats including Teacher and Learning Center Director at St. Raymond's School, World Traveler, Artist, Director/Writer for school plays, and Volunteer for so many charitable causes. Colleen earned her Masters of Science Degree in Special Education from Rosary College in River Forest, IL in 1989. In 1995 Colleen and Robert left Illinois and moved on to the home they built on Lake Kegonsa in Stoughton, WI. Colleen remained active with volunteer work at Saint Ann's Catholic Parish and School, including MOPS, and Faith Sharing Groups. In addition Colleen who helped raise her grandson, Malcolm Calbert, spent a great deal of her time supporting Malcolm's athletic pursuits at Stoughton High School. Colleen is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert; her four loving children: Michael [Kathleen] Moren, Warwick, RI; Amy [Timothy] Kenesey, Ft Wayne, IN; Anne [Michael] Riley, Daniel Island, SC; and Amanda Moren, Monona, WI; her adoring grandchildren: Malcolm Calbert, Grace Kenesey, Hugh Moren, Daniel Moren, Anne Kenesey, Jackson Riley, Lily Maria Kenesey, Michael Moren, Wil Riley, Kerrianne Riley, and Timothy Moren; her best friend and sister Cheryl [John] St. George, Los Angeles CA; and loving relatives Bill and Pat Moren of Port Washington, WI; Nephews John HogenEsch, Philadelphia,PA; Tom [Kelly]HogenEsch, Passadena, CA; Christopher HogenEsch, Los Angeles, CA; Aunt Florence Gavran and Uncle James Stitt, Greensburg, PA; Uncle William [Marguerite] Gavran; Steubenville, OH; Cousin Maureen [Tony] Didgeon, Knoxville, TN; Niece Emily [Joe] Higgins, Chicago, IL. Colleen touched many lives in her 73 years. She will always be remembered for her loving care, boundless compassion, willingness to support others, high energy, and devotion to family and friends. She was always there for all of us. We are better because Colleen was the most important part of our lives. She left this world a better place than when she entered in 1941. We THANK the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff of Meriter Hospital, Meriter Heart, Meriter Clinic, Oakwood Village East, Agrace Hospice Care, and Cress Funeral Services for their devoted care and support. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at St Ann Catholic Church, Stoughton, WI, with Msgr. Gerard Healy, presiding. Luncheon will follow at the Church. Visitation will be held 4-7pm, Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Cress Funeral Home in Stoughton, and from 10-11am on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the church.
