After Jim's death in 1995 she moved to Grafton, Wisconsin to be closer to her family. She joined Grace Lutheran Church and loved making quilts for missions. Her family, who will deeply miss her, include Terrance (son) and Jill Sullivan, Bridget (daughter) and Bert Meissner, Katrena Jacobs (daughter), Colleen Sullivan (daughter), and Maureen (daughter) and Jim Behnke. She was preceded in death by Minna Sullivan (daughter). She also leaves behind grandchildren Michael, Matthew, Patrick, Jennifer, Timothy, Sarah, Nicole, Jim, Logan, Conner and Grace as well as more than half a dozen great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be accepted and given to her caregiver, Natasha. Visitation will be held from on Wednesday, July 22rd from 10 to 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 715 6th Avenue, in Grafton, Wisconsin. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. All are invited to join the family for fellowship, coffee and dessert after the service. Private interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
