Mable remained dedicated in her teaching work and in her will to teach the young as her health started to affect her daily routine. She eventually had to retire. She remained a brave, iron-willed woman, even throughout her final months. Mable will be cremated. Her ashes will be interred with the family. The family would especially like to thank Heartland of Lauderhill, their amazing staff of medical professionals for their excellent work and loving care; for their constant, attentive treatment; and the Fred Hunter Funeral Home, of Lighthouse Point, Florida for making the arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 1, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Fred Hunter's Lighthouse Point Home, 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064.
