She was born on October 29, 1906 in Big Hill, Kentucky the daughter of Edwin and Cordelia (Reece) Hazelwood. On July 28, 1926 in Hamilton she married Charles C. Coe. He preceded her in death in February 1984. Frances was employed at Pillsbury retiring in the 1960's. She attended First Baptist Church in Hamilton. Frances enjoyed her family, quilting, dancing, and having fun. She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Freeman of Florida; a son David Coe of Arizona , 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren;... Cremation has been held.
