He was born in Cincinnati on August 15, 1930 to George and Ida (Panter) Browne. William was a retired Machinist at GE. He is survived by his children, Bill Browne, Cynthia Kirkland, Gary Browne, Sherry (Jerry) Frederick, Charles Browne, Teri (Mike) Smith; his grandchildren, Karen, Aaron, Jamie, Justin, Michael, Dylan and 4 great grandchildren.
