David John DeMichael

David DeMichael, 57, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, died Tuesday morning, August 25, 2015. David was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on January 31, 1958. Son of Raymond DeMichael (deceased) and Sally (Hooper) Prazer, he is survived by his mother, his wife Rina (Richard) DeMichael and former wife Donna (Jordan) DeMichael, siblings Raymond (Jane) DeMichael, Paul (Alicia) DeMichael, Susan (Dr. Robert) Herzog, John (Suzanne) DeMichael, and nephews Raymond Jr., Justin and Evan DeMichael. David retired in 2013 after 22 years as a deputy with the Broward County Sheriff's Office. He will be remembered by friends and family as a talented musician, artist and crossword puzzle enthusiast with a quick wit and classic style. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28 between 10 am and noon at the Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 718 S. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, followed by a memorial service to be held at noon in the chapel. [more]
