Lucille Marana

Lucille M. Marana, age 76, of the Silver Ridge Park West section of Berkeley Township died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Born in New York City to the late Daniel and Catherine Rollo, she lived in Leonia for many years prior to settling in Silver Ridge Park West in 2001. After working for more than 35 years for Verizon, Lucille thoroughly enjoyed her retirement. She was an avid bowler and had great fun participating in the clubhouse activities such as the dinner dances, line dancing and yoga. She met many people walking her dog Oliver and these people became treasured friends. She enjoyed many days at the beach with her best friend and niece Cathy. Lucille made countless friends in her life. She touched people with her openness, charm, sarcasm, humor and love. They all loved her back. The greatest joys in her life were her grandsons Matthew and Ryan. Surviving are her devoted children Christine Marana and Gina Odlum and her husband Kevin; her beloved dog Oliver; her brother Steven Rollo and his wife Celeste; her sister Mary Mohr; her sister-in-law Roseanne Rollo; and several loving nieces and nephews.
