that were formed from business acquaintances. Fred was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and Catholic Knights organizations. He was a supporter of 4-H in Ozaukee County. For many years early in Fred and Cecilia's marriage, Fred was active on a bowling team and both he and Cecilia enjoyed their card club get-togethers. They enjoyed traveling to many states just running short of visiting all 50 states. They treasured their opportunity to visit Germany and to meet relatives for the very first time during that visit. Fred and Cecilia were avid Brewer and Packer fans. Vince Lombardi and his coaching techniques were very inspiring to Fred. For many years they held season ticket packages to the Brewer's games. They also enjoyed attending neighboring church dinners and picnics. Fred always enjoyed tinkering with something either in his garage, in the yard or at the shop. He was always active. Fred enjoyed listening to both country and polka music. Fred and Cecilia loved attending any activity that they could that involved their children or grandchildren. Most of all they both enjoyed time spent together with their family. Survivors include Fred's wife of 60 years, Cecilia, 4 children Wayne (Mickie) Schueller of Random Lake, Sandy (Larry) Duwell of Adell, Susan (Kevin) Richison of Belgium and Paul (Naomi) Schueller of Cascade. Eight wonderful grandchildren Amy (Matt) Brockdorf of Madison, Amanda (Rob) Wampner of Mukwonago, Dawn (Daniel) Moore of Centreville VA, Brian Duwell of Coon Valley, William (Lindsay) Richison of Port Washington, Samuel Richison of Belgium, Ryan (Brenna) Schueller of Minneapolis, MN and Kendra Schueller of Cascade. Great Grandchild Evelyn Brockdorf and two more great granddaughters soon to arrive. Also survived by two sisters Carol Flerchinger and Pearl Paradeis, In-laws Killian Burton, Bernice Schueller, Ginny Schueller, Robert and Delores Schmitz, Marcy Schmitz and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and parents-in-law, brothers Leroy, Robert, Ronald, sisters Mildred Burton, Joyce Schmit and Doris Gahan, brothers-in-law Lyall Flerchinger, Vernon Schmit, John E. Gahan Jr. , Tom Paradeis and Arthur Schmitz. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, September 30, 6 PM at Divine Savior Holy Cross Chapel, 5330 Hwy. B, Belgium. Mass will be celebrated by Father Todd Budde and longtime family friend Father Jim Ernster. Family will receive visitors at CHURCH on Wednesday from 2:30pm-5:30pm. Burial will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery on Thursday. In Lieu of flowers memorials in Fred's name to Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee Lawlis Family Hospice Center would be appreciated. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of Heritage Nursing and Rehab Center, Horizon Health Care and the Lawlis Family Hospice Center for the great care and compassion that was given to Fred during his stay.
