was very impressed with Japanese culture, which had a strong influence upon his life. Upon returning to Wisconsin in July 1982 he was unemployed and worked miscellaneous jobs until finding full time work. Oct 1983 to April 1986 he was a contracted worker for Ozaukee County for a program that worked with severely, persistently ill adults and then from April of 1986 worked directly for Ozaukee County for the same unit until April 1st 1995 then he worked for the long term elderly and physically disabled to find services enabling them to live on their own at home instead of having to live in an institution. He worked 3.5 years as a contract worker and 23.5 years as a county worker for Ozaukee County. He retired at age 55 in May of 2013. He is survived by his two children, Monica and James Duncan, 2 brothers and 3 older sisters. Per Peter's wishes, cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
