Margaret Ellen Rodenborn

Margaret E. Rodenborn, 86, of Fort Dodge, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home and then at 10:30 a.m. a Mass of Christian Burial will be at Corpus Christi Church with Msgr. Kevin McCoy and Rev. Brian Danner con-celebrating. Burial will be at Corpus Christi Cemetery. A visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Margaret is survived by her children, Peggy "Peg" (Dic) Fitzgerald of Manson; Sara (Tim) O'Leary of Fort Dodge; Katie (Carter) McKay of Apple Valley, MN; Peter "PJ" Rodenborn III of Fort Dodge; Matt Rodenborn of Raytown, MO; Paul Rodenborn of Fort Dodge; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Nolan of Davenport. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Joseph Rodenborn Jr.; parents, Clement and Elaine (Murphy) Gadd. Margaret Ellen Gadd was born October 3, 1929 in Estherville and was raised there.
