Ronald Kridler, age 77 years of Port Washington, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015. He was born August 18, 1938 in Milwaukee, son of the late Robert and Esther (nee Westphal) Kridler. Ron worked as a police officer for the City of Port Washington from 1976 until retiring in 2008. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed flying his airplane out of the West Bend airport. Ron was a longtime member of the Civil Air Patrol, having attained the rank of Major. Survivors include his special friend Darlene Krueger, three sisters Arlene (Bill) Deyarmin of Orlando, FL, Kathleen (Steve) Rutley of Brookfield and Maryan (Charlie) Collison of Burlington, nieces and nephews Kevin, John, the late Kristen, Janet, Scott, Tom, Michael, Robert, and Richard, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Tuesday eve. Oct. 27, 7 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington. Visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Burial Burlington Cemetery on Wednesday.
