Adeline E. (Theis) Frisque

Adeline Eleanor (Theis) Frisque, age 90, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2015. She was born on August 31, 1925, to Matt and Leona (Herison) Theis and grew up in Rio Creek, Wisconsin, graduating from grade school in Rio Creek and then Casco High School in 1942. Later she attended Manitowoc Business College. She left business college to become employed by the FBI in Washington D.C. Following her employment and returning to Wisconsin she attended the Door-Kewaunee Normal School and graduated in 1946. After graduation she taught school in Door, Kewaunee, and Forest Counties. On May 24, 1949, she and Roland Frisque, son of Walter and Laura (Evrard) Frisque, were married at Holy Trinity Church in Casco, WI. Roland and Adeline had three children. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Roland Frisque; children, Dana (Patricia) Frisque, Carla (Gerald) DeGroot, and Curtis (Cynthia) Frisque; grandchildren, Troy (Jaime) Frisque, Travis (Sara) Frisque, Amanda (Michael) Loomis; step-grandchild Cheryl Bath; five great-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Theis; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 2771 Oakwood Drive, Green Bay, from 9:30 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with Rev. Paul Demuth officiating. Entombment will be at Shrine of the Good Shepherd. The family would like to express their heart-felt thanks for the kindness provided by their relatives, friends, neighbors and St. Vincent Hospital caregivers. Special thanks to Unity Hospice, Mariah, Cindy, and Lizzie for their care and compassion.
