Robert Frank Mueller

Robert Frank Mueller, age 79 of Winona died at Mayo Health System-Franciscan-Skemp in La Crosse Tuesday, December 8, 2015. Robert was born December 31, 1935 to Clarence and Laura (Ledebuhr) Mueller. Robert attended school until 8th grade when he left school to help on the family farm on Garvin Heights. He was always known for his strong work ethic and loving nature. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. As a young man he played guitar and harmonica at local events with his brothers, Everett and Clarence. On September 11, 1954 at St. Rose of Lima Church, Robert married the love of his life, Dorothy Golish. They had 5 children; Gary, Sherrie, Cindy, Bonnie, and Lori. Robert ran a farm southwest of Lewiston with his son until 1993 when they sold the farm and moved to Goodview, since he has worked for the Winona Daily News. Later in life, Robert loved his trips with Dorothy and his children to the Casinos in the area. He was a Lucky Man, both in gambling and in family.

Visitation for Robert will be held Friday, December 11 from 4-7 at the Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview and the Funeral will be held Saturday December 12 at 11 AM with visitation 1 hour prior also at Hoff. Private family and friend Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
