Charles Thomas Thompson

Thompson, Charles Thomas "Tommy", 79, of Lauderhill, FL, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Northwest Medical Center in Margate. Tommy was born April 21, 1936 in Louisville, KY to Theodore Roderick and Evelyn (Franklin) Thompson. He was a member of Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale and worked the last 16 years in the family business, Dependable Shutter and Glass. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ava Lynn Thompson; children, Judith Rachele Patek of Lauderhill, Wayne Charles (Michelle) Thompson of Coral Springs and Christopher Charles Thompson of Tamarac; sister Patricia Smith of Louisville, KY; grandchildren Amanda, Elijah, Victoria, Jeziah and Kalani. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:00 am in Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale, 2401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Ft.
