James Forrester Waugh, 57, of Indianapolis died Wednesday November 26th, 2008 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born June 29th, 1951 in Washington D.C. He was an Eagle Scout, as well as a 1969 graduate of North Central High School, a 1973 graduate of Ripon College, and a 1982 graduate of Indiana University. He was most recently employed as an accountant at Crescent Oil Company. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Wendy Waugh; sons Christopher and James Thomas Waugh; mother Jean Waugh; brothers Stu and Howard Waugh; and sister, Barbara Waugh. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Waugh. He will always be remembered for his easy going and fun loving attitude, his love for life, and constant pursuit to make the world around him a better place.
