Clayton "Bud" Farrar

Clayton ?Bud? Farrar, 73, of Carmel, passed away February 11, 2009. Born in Peru, IN, Bud was a Purdue graduate and owner/operator of Helicopter Airways of Indiana. He accumulated over 12,000 helicopter flight hours. He was a member of Quiet Birdman, Zionsville Great Banquet, Kairos Prison Ministry, a trustee at Orchard Park Church and a U.S. Army veteran. In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by one sister Florence. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Walker Farrar; children, Bill Farrar and Mark (Tina) Farrar, Andrea (Bob) Raibert and eight grandchildren. Family and friends will gather on Monday, February 16, 2009 for a calling between 12:00 noon and 2 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, of which he was a member.
