John David Jackson, 75, Cicero, Indiana, passed away December 14, 2009. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on January 29, 1934. Mr. Jackson was former owner of John Jackson Chrysler Plymouth Mazda and Mr. SupeRent both in Muncie, Indiana and J. Jackson Chrysler Plymouth in Milford, Ohio.
He served as former President of The Muncie Mission, Full Gospel Businessmen International, member of Kiwanis, was active in the Republican Party, and various Christian related charities during his lifetime.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Gardner Jackson and his father Albert M. Jackson, survived by his sisters, Marilee Jackson Thomas and Julia Jackson Bullock, both of Los Angeles, California.
He will be missed by his loving wife of 55 years, Nancy Wells Jackson, three children Desiree Jackson Freda, David Wesley Jackson, and Michelle Jackson Logan, and seven grandchildren.
Mr. Jackson personified the tradition of generosity, civic leadership, and the loving spirit of faith and family.
Private family services were held December 19, 2009 at Second Presbyterian Church, Indianapolis, Indiana
