Barr, Zerelda Elizabeth Frick Elliott, 98, passed away March 28, 2010, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born June 14, 1911, to Otto Peter Frick and Harriet Estella Frick (Attkisson) in Salem, IN. She graduated from Shortridge High School in 1929 and Indiana University in 1933 with a math major. She worked at Block?s before marrying Raymond Fuller Elliott, Jr., of Greene, New York, in 1939. Raymond passed away in 1944. While raising their two children, she worked 20 years first as a tabulator and later as supervisor of the tabulation department at Walker Research. In 1979 she married Winston H. Barr, originally of Logansport. Winston preceded her in death in 1992. She was a member of Tri Kappa, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Alpha Mu Latreian, Indiana University Alumni Association, and East 91st Street Christian Church. She enjoyed watching sporting events and was a staunch IU, Colts, and Pacer fan. Visitation will be April 1 at Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel, from 4-7. Her funeral service will be at Leppert April 2 at 11:30 with burial following in Logansport. John C.
