service, he attended Butler University from which he graduated in 1950 and earned his Master of Business Administration in 1956. He was the widower of JoAnn Bowen who died in 1999. Survivors include his wife, Betty Jane Martz, with whom he celebrated a tenth anniversary in February; three children, Dr. G. Robert Weedon, Richard B. (Jackie) Weedon, and Virginia (Dennis) Grant and one granddaughter, Erin Weedon. An infant son, Robert George, preceded him in death. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Betty & Robert H. Weedon Scholarship Endowment at Butler University to help needy students earn their MBA. Services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 in the Milner Chapel at Second Presbyterian Church, 7700 North Meridian Street, where Mr. Weedon was a long time member, with calling an hour before services. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. A memorial service is planned at a future date at Hoosier Village where Mr. Weedon had resided with his beloved wife Betty.
