Darlene Wallace

Darlene Marie Wallace, 79, of Carmel, passed away on June 6, 2010. She was born to Robert and Alice Green in Maywood, Illinois on February 21, 1931. Darlene was a resident of Carmel for 40 years and a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by husband, John Henry Wallace; son, Leslie Clinton Wallace; grandchildren, Jason Robert Wallace and James Robert Knoll. Darlene is survived by son, John R. Wallace; son, Robert E. Wallace; son, Richard A. Wallace; son, Michael P. Wallace; daughter, Mary L. Utecht; daughter, Leslie J. Swindler; son, William J. Wallace; daughter, Jacquelyn J. Holmes; 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Friends and family will gather on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the Leppert Mortuary, Smith Carmel Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.
