Mary Kitterman

Mary C. Kitterman, age 82, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010. Born September 22, 1928, in Corydon, IN, she was the daughter of Clarence and Bernice Baker who preceded her in death. Her brother, Bill Baker also preceded her in death. Mary volunteered 28 years for Meals on Wheels, was of the Methodist faith, and belonged to Gamma Nu sorority. She loved to read, play bridge, and was involved in league play of both golf and bowling. Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Marshall Kitterman; her daughter, Marsha (Buzz) Cheesman; her son, Randall (Jane) Kitterman; six grandchildren: Jim Cheesman, Shelly (Chris) Riemer, Lauren Kitterman, Brett (Megan) Kitterman, Carrie (Brian) Campassi, Richie Cheesman; four great grandchildren: Carter, Austin, Sky and Addison. Funeral service will be Monday, September 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel, with entombment at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
