Jerry Neese

Jerry L. Neese, CFP?, CFS of Ladoga, Indiana, and formerly of Brownsburg, Indiana, died of cancer on April 28, 2011, at 69 years of age. Survived by Jeannette (Jones) Neese, his wife of 22 years, two daughters, Quintanna Wilburn (John) and Tatia White (Joel), one son, Kane (Michelle) Neese, and one step-daughter, Jessica Martin, along with 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson (on the way). He is also survived by his sister, Joy Leppert (John), and three nephews & nieces plus their children. Graduating from Brownsburg High School in 1959, he attended Butler University on a football scholarship. In the 1970?s and 1980?s, Jerry was the publisher of The Hendricks County Guide/Gazette and The West Side Messenger and owner of Neese Printing Co. He was a former Captain of the Brownsburg Volunteer Fire Rescue Squad and President of the Chamber of Commerce. In 1991, after 27 years in newspaper publishing, Jerry changed careers to the financial services industry and earned multiple securities licenses plus life, health, disability and long term care insurance.
