Indianapolis: Bettye Jane Morton, 86, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Bettye was born on September 23, 1925 in Evansville to the late Albert and Gladys Persohn. Bettye was employed with Dellen Oldsmobile for 20 years, retiring in 1993. She was also a member of St. Matthew?s Catholic Church. Bettye is survived by her loving daughters Jan Purdy and Joyce Hyland; grandchildren Brian Hyland (Cyndi), Kristen Roberts (Aaron), and Jennifer Grisell; great-grandchildren: Aiden Roberts, Luke Hyland, and Riley Hyland; 1 niece, and 2 nephews. Visitation will be on Friday, June 15, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel.
