Patricia Joy Becker

Patricia "Pat" Joy Becker, 85, of Winona, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Sugar Loaf Assisted Living. Pat was born September 4, 1930 in Winona to Alden and Margaret (McGuire) Maynard. On June 5, 1948, at the age of 17, she married the love of her life, Malcolm Becker. Together they shared 68 years of marriage and had 2 children, Rich and William. Malcolm and Pat lived in Winona where she worked at TV Signal and later as an activity director at St. Anne Hospice. In 1981, they moved to Bloomington, MN and worked as residential managers at Highland Hill. In 2015, they returned to Winona. Pat enjoyed golf and the many golf trips they took. She was an avid painter and a wonderful cook. Her loveable personality will be missed by all that knew her. Pat is survived by her husband, Malcolm; children, Rich BearBecker and William (Laurie) Becker; grandchildren, Ginger Joy, Tracey (Tim) Tiffin, Ryan (Maria) Becker, and Jenny (Kevin) Suber; 17 great-grandchildren; and a very special friend and cousin, Jeanne Lentz.
