ANTHONY WOODWORTH DAVENPORT, Iowa - Anthony W. Woodworth, 77, of Davenport, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016, at his home. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2016, at St. Mary's Cemetery in Muscatine. Reverend Rich Hendricks will officiate. Military Rites will be provided by the combined squads of the American Legion Post 27 and the V.F.W. Post 1565. Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. The family lived in Ohio for 10 years, and he was also a former resident of Muscatine moving to Davenport in 1997. He married Rick Smith on May 9, 2009. He was a US Army veteran serving in Europe in the early 60's. He retired from Navistar International at the Springfield Ohio Plant. He enjoyed playing euchre and loved motorcycles and riding them.
