Dorothy M. Stramat

Dorothy M. Stramat, age 72, of Berkeley Township, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she lived in Roselle prior to relocating to Berkeley Township in 2006. She was a homemaker and a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Toms River. Mrs. Stramat was predeceased by her parents, Max and Alice Schulze. Surviving is her husband, Joseph E. Stramat; children, Sherry Sprague and her husband, Bruce, of Hartsville, TN, Jerry Jacobi of NJ and Joleen Dente and her husband, Alan of New Egypt, NJ; grandchildren, Bruce Jr, Shannon, Jerry III, Hailee, Alan Jr, Matthew, and Gianna; great-grandchildren, Bruce III, Dillon, Makayla, and Joshua; sisters, Marlene Warrelminn, and Lorraine Fritz and her husband, Thomas, both of Brick, NJ. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 10AM to 12PM at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
