tioned in Munich, Germany. He returned to farming and took a course in advanced agriculture on farming. In 1975, he became a Real Estate Broker, but in later years had to retire from it, due to his macular degeneration. He served on the CM School Board from 1977-1980 and was part of the planning and construction of the current Riverside Middle School located in Carson. Norris and Norma remodeled and opened the Carson Country Store in 1983. In 1985, he graduated from the World Wide College in Auctioneering. Norris was a long time member of the Wheeler Grove Church, served on many committees, and sang with the Wheeler Grove Gospel Singers choir. He loved to go on sight-seeing trips and visited many of the States during his travel with family. He loved the farm and was proud to live on their family Century farm. Norris was preceded in death by his parents; sister Helen M. Miller; brother John E. Buckingham; sisters-in-law, Lois McDermott and Marcia Steffens; brothers-in-law, Jack G. Miller, Tom McDermott, and Terry Harris; and nephew Jack "Randy" Miller. Norris is survived by his wife and their children; grandchildren, Clinton Buckingham, Anica Olson, Eric Buckingham, Ryan Buckingham, Maddie Buckingham, Maggie Buckingham, Cassie Peterson, Dawn Yrigollen, Traci Nimmo, Trisha Oberhoffer, Tiffany Dudley, Ryan Mace, and Michelle Hoskinson; 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Mildred Harris and Dorothy Buckingham; brother-in-law Bernard Steffens; nieces, Janet Sumner, Beverly Wright, Mona Harris, Paula Harris, and Debbie Clausen and their families; nephews, Mike Harris, Kirk Harris, Stuart Buckingham, Rick McDermott, Jerry McDermott, and Scott Steffens and their families; and a host of friends.
