Nancy Neucks Carroll, Indianapolis, IN (formerly of Richmond, IL) passed away on September 4, 2016 at age 65. Nancy was born in Evansville, IN and attended Bosse H.S. She graduated from Indiana University in 1973 with a degree in Interior Design and was a member of Kappa Delta sorority. Nancy worked for Masonite Corporation from 1979 to 1982 and then founded Merit Medical Supply Company in McHenry, IL with her husband, Frederick Carroll, who passed away in 2014. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Evalyn Neucks, of Evansville, IN. In addition to her great sense of humor, a caring nature and her ability to charm children with bird calls, Nancy's passion always included her pets and any stray animal that came into her presence. Her cat Molly was her refuge for the past five years as she faced Alzheimer's disease with grace and humor. Nancy is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Jayne and Jim Thorne, her nieces Maureen Kauffman (Aaron), Meredith Fleming and her grand nieces and nephews Jack, Charlie, Mary and Sam Kauffman and Erin Fleming all of whom spent quality time caring for and loving Nancy when she moved to Indianapolis in 2014. A celebration of life service will take place at Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel, 740 E. 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN on October 8 at 11:30 a.m. EST. A light luncheon will be served after the service.
