Beatrice Gail Phelps

Beatrice G. Phelps, 69, passed away in Edmonds, Washington on February 27, 2016. She was born April 26, 1946 to Donald & Margie Fulton. Bea enjoyed a career in the Quality Assurance department for the Boeing Company. She is preceded in death by her parents. Bea will forever be loved and remembered by those she leaves behind including her son James Scott Phelps of Peoria, Arizona, and daughter Stacey Wood of Redmond, Washington as well as many other friends and family members.[more]
