Survived by his son, Frederick L. Watkins and his wife Jerri of Bothell; grandchildren, Kari L. Cushing and her husband Allen, Matthew F., Lisa M., and Brian R. Watkins and great-granddaughter, Maiya Cushing. Preceded in death by his wife Elna in 1991. Private service to be held.
