Born May 30, 1923 in Lumberport, West Virginia to John and Willie George Dillard; died January 5, 2002 in Seattle, Washington at age 78. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Marion Lucille Dillard; children Lydia Barlow, Octavia, Cynthia, Celeste, Judith and Mitchell Dillard; grandchildren Taylor Renee and Andre Dillard.
