Nancy fought a valiant battle with lung cancer and to the end she was full of spunk. Nancy went to TT. Minor, Meany and Broadway schools and in later years, received her B.A. degree at City University.
Throughout her year, she was active in the Gee How Oak Tin Auxiliary, Jade Guild Assoc., Suey Sing Assoc., volunteer & Outing Program co-chair at Kin On Health Care Center, Director of the Seattle Chinese Girls Drill Team, & board member for the United Savings & Loan Banks.
Nancy was the matriarch of the family when something needed to get done, she got it done.
Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lowman, sister Ruby Lew, brother Roosevelt Chinn, and nephew Kevin Lew. Survived by daughters Linda Jerome Narancic & Diana Brooks DJ. Brothers Bob Chinn Georgie & Bill Chin; Half-brothers Halbert Nancy, Pelly Sheryl, & Tony Dorienne; & granddaughters Marissa, Alexis, Whitney, Bianca & Armani Brooks and numerous nephews & nieces.
In lieu flowers donations can be made to Kin On Health Care Center or Seattle Keiro.
A Visitation will be from 10 ? 8 PM on Fri. 11/25 at Evergreen Washelli in Seattle & a celebration of Nancy?s life will be at 12 noon...[more]
