RICK A. HIGLEY

Age 35, Born 04 June 1971 in Ridgecrest, California. Died 09 June 2006.

After spending his early years in Southern California, he moved to Bainbridge Island in 1978 and graduated from Bainbridge High School.

He worked many years for Anthony's Homeport before changing careers and becoming a Private Detective working for International Intelligence Services of Seattle.

Rick loved all things sports related and was cherished by his family and many friends for his warm open and light hearted approach to life and the simple joy of being in his company.

He is survived by his mother Mary Paul of Sequim; father Warren Higley of Poulsbo; his brother John, sister-in-law Brenda and nephew Scott Higley of Sammamish and his stepfather Kent Paul of Sequim.

Viewing will be held Friday June 16th at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave. North from 9am to 8pm. Graveside Services will be held at 1pm Saturday 17 June at Port Blakely Cemetery, Bainbridge Island.
