Age 76, born October 20, 1925 in Pendleton, OR and passed away January 7, 2002 in Bothell, WA. Robert served on the USS Bull in WWII as a signalman 1st Class and owned and operated a service station in North City, Shoreline,WA. Robert Robert is survived by his wife, Florence Phelan; daughters Pam Dave Kline, Donna Paul Phillips; sons, Robert Joylyn Phelan, Jr., Stephen M. Julie Phelan; grandchildren, Shane Nilson, Ryan Leslie Nilson, Cory Kline, Danielle Kline, Marcella Vetma and her fianc? Vance, Alissa Vetma and her fianc? Ron, Paul Phillips II, Nolan Phillips, Kim Phillips, Erin Todd Lyons, Tyler Phelan, Stephen J. Phelan, Lacy Ausman, Elise Ausman; great grandchildren, Katie Rose Phillips, Caleb Phelan, Zakary Lyons, Jessie Moore, Madisen Enick, Kanim Enick, Alora Phillips, Bailey Phillips and Logan Phillips.
