r of District Relations, and ended his career in 1980 as principal of Ingraham High School during which time he was selected as one of the 12 most effective high school principals in the USA. He continued to be active in his church and community during his retirement and is survived by his wife, Ramy, sons Jefferson Katherine, Andrew Sine, Charles Renee and his six grandchildren. Services will be at the University Presbyterian Church , Friday Sept 5, at 2:30PM.
