The seventh child of twelve born to Annie Dorian of Anaconda, MT and James Hoolihan of Cork, Ireland, Kathryn Loretta Hoolihan Sullivan was born on February 23, 1915 in Anaconda, MT. She went on to earn her degree as a Registered Nurse from Saint James Hospital in Butte, MT in 1936. She married Daniel Jeremiah Sullivan in the same year. The couple moved to San Diego, CA and shortly after to Seattle, WA, where Kathryn would spend the rest of her days and later retire from nursing in 1978. She is survived by two sisters, Ann Douce of Snohomish, WA and Bette Tackaberry of North Hollywood, CA; her beloved sons Daniel Sullivan Bonnie of Mercer Island, WA and Michael Sullivan Dorothy of Sun Lakes, AZ; three grandchildren, Michael Sullivan Angie, Ryan and Kelly Sullivan; and one great grandson, Jackson Sullivan. wry, quick, Irish wit. On the early morning of December 31, 2003, at the age of 88, so loved by her family, she completed her life. She was very dear to, and will now be missed by many. A funeral service will be held on January 6, 2003, 2 pm, at Evergreen-Washelli Chapel, 11111 Aurora Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98133.
