She was born December 2, 1915 in Rutherford, New Jersey to Charles F. and Barbara Straub Wayer. She moved to the Englewood area in 1998 after wintering here since 1982. She was the secretary of the familys painting and decorating business for over 40 years. She was an avid Artist of Oil Painting and she loved to play the piano, read a book and sew. She was a member of the Englewood United Methodist Church, Holiday Estates Association and the New Jersey Womens Club. She is survived by her daughter Lois Jean William Klotz of Englewood; her son Walter A. Nancy Liedtke, Jr. of Bedford Hills, New York; her sisters Viola Grande of Englewood and Alma Tesch of Ringwood, New Jersey; 1 grandchild and 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Walter A. Liedtke Sr.; her sister Laura Neumann and her brother Charles F. Wayer.
