as going to the beach to put her toes in the sand and collect seashells. She is survived by her husband, Mike; four daughters; Temple (Chad) Christner; Tasha (Darrick) Gipple; Jennifer Mullenix all of New London, and Anna (John) Haire of Sartell, MN; one stepson; Ross (Jessie) Richart; two step daughters; Kaci (Richard) Ford, and Shawna (Jonathan) Ornelas; her mother, Betty Smutzer of Burlington; three sisters; Terri (Roy) Norton; Kathy (Seldon) Conover and Mary (Mark) Beik all of Burlington; two brothers; Arthur (Judy) Smutzer of Andover, IL and Gary (Dorothy) Smutzer of Grain Valley, MO; "Bob" (deceased) (Mimi) Smutzer, Freeport, IL; Greg (deceased) (Debbie) Smutzer, Burlington; 17 grandchildren; Morgan, Tanner, Tysann, Dakotah, Dayton, Dawson, Gaby, Caden, Carter, Zoe, Echo, Ocean, Calais, Hazel, Noah, Lily and Isaiah; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terrill McCall; son, Aaron Ross; and two brothers, Robert Smutzer and Greg Smutzer. The funeral service for Debra A. McCall Richart will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, January 23 at the New London Christian Church, 2770 New London Road. Pastors Rod Cooper and Nathan Cooper will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 22 at the church from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. According to her wishes, immediately following the service her body will be cremated. A private family inurnment of her cremains will be held at a later date at Burge Cemetery. Memorials have been established for Sandra J. Schulze American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, Rochester, MN; Great River Hospice House, and Stir the Fire Ministry. Elliott Chapel, New London, is in charge of arrangements.
