She was born November 3, 1913 in McDonough County, Illinois to Harold W. and Mabel A. Pickering Warner. She moved to the North Port area in 1985 from Kenmore, New York. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Living Waters of North Port, Delta Zeta Sorority, National Square Dancer Campers and she also attended the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. Helen was an avid Dancer and she loved to travel. She is survived by her children, Elaine Schwan of Norwich, New York, Martha Kirby of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Robert L. Anita Zelle, Jr. of Owego, New York and Mabel Robert Wesley Zelle of Baltimore, Maryland; 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; 4 step children, Angela Nappo, Richard Klein, Beverly DeVilliers and Nancy Ruhe. She was predeceased by her husbands, Robert L. Zelle and Norman A. Klein. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Lemon Bay Funeral Home Englewood Chapel.
