She is survived by her husband, Dr. Pawel Kalwinski of Englewood; her children, David and Claudia Kalwinski both of Englewood; her brother, Jack Kubiak of Billerica, Massachusetts. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lemon Bay Funeral Home Englewood Chapel.
